Return Policy



As most pieces are handmade to order, we offer the option of exchange only within 2 weeks of receiving your order.  The product must be unused, unworn and returned in the original packaging.  All exchanges are subject to product availability and must be approved prior to returning the item.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please email Support@ChristinMarieStudio.com to arrange. Make sure to include your order number, a brief explanation of your request, and a clear image of the item if necessary. It's important to note we will need to receive the returned item before we can dispatch a new one.

We do not cover accidental damage, loss, theft, or normal wear and tear.
