Return Policy

We offer exchanges only within 14 days of receiving your order. If you need to exchange an item, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Processing Time

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing prior to shipping.

Order Tracking

When your order has completed processing you will receive a shipping notification email.  You can track your order directly on the shipping courier's site using the tracking number provided in the email. 

Address Adjustment

Shipping information such as address and recipient name can be adjusted prior to processing. Once your order has shipped, if you need to edit or correct any address information, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days.  Please be patient as the delivery process is out of our control. In the event of a lost or stolen package please contact us via email but note it may require you to file a claim with the designated shipping service directly.
