We offer exchanges only within 14 days of receiving your order. If you need to exchange an item, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days. Please be patient as the delivery process is out of our control. In the event of a lost or stolen package please contact us via email but note it may require you to file a claim with the designated shipping service directly.

Absolutely love this necklace. I got the 18 inch version and could've done with a longer one but that's okay. Glad I even thought to get the 18 because the default is 16 and that would have been way too small. It has helf up nicely wearing it daily, but taking it off for showers and sleeping. Considering it for future gifts for friends and family for sure
