Lost or Stolen Packages
Some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days. Please be patient as the delivery process is out of our control. In the event of a lost or stolen package please contact us via email but note it may require you to file a claim with the designated shipping service directly.

I attached a jump ring to it to allow me to wear it shorter and I am in love with it!! Thank you!! I prefer choker type necklaces, so this was a perfect compromise for me since you didn’t have any shorter lengths available.
