Return Policy

We offer exchanges only within 14 days of receiving your order. If you need to exchange an item, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Order Tracking

Lost or Stolen Packages

Some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days.  Please be patient as the delivery process is out of our control. In the event of a lost or stolen package please contact us via email but note it may require you to file a claim with the designated shipping service directly.

I brought this combo for a Valentine’s Day gift for my girlfriend. Once she saw it, she instantly fell in love with it & wanted to put it on @ dinner…lol I like the quality of everything!! Definitely will be buying again & can the fellas get something’s also!!! lol

I was very excited about finding the brand & there are a ton of products I love & was planning to get if I had a positive experience & happy w/ the quality after an initial smaller order. I was unsure how the necklace would fit but I checked on the site & saw that exchanges were expected & since I was interested in so many other products, if the necklace didn’t fit I would just exchange it for equal value of other products & pay the difference if necessary. I ended up having a very poor experience w/ customer service, I was a customer looking to enthusiastically support & share the brand(several people had already asked about the bracelet/where I got it & I wanted to make sure everything was resolved & the customer service experience was positive before sharing to others). It is really disappointing that what seemed like what should have been such simple resolution killed all my enthusiasm for the brand. I went from being very excited, planning to buy a bunch of products & recommend the brand to many others because I love to support small businesses who take good care of their customers to kind of shockingly disappointed. I don’t feel like I can morally support a brand that doesn’t make any effort for customer satisfaction & I got heavy vibes of we don’t care about you we just care about money. Well that caused a big loss in business. I no longer even want to wear or represent the brand & will sadly probably just throw the products in the crash & find a company that makes similar products & actually cares for its customers to support. The people who followed up I made sure to steer them clear because my word & reputation matters & it would be a bad look & make me lose credibility to recommend a brand that they could have a poor experience when they are paying customers just wanting to support the brand. Companies like this don’t last long, especially in the age of the internet where word spreads quickly. The customer service rep also shared info that made it seem as though the products are all outsourced to 3rd party manufacturers & not actually in alignment w/ the brand story. Definitely disappointing but at the end of the day losing a very enthusiastic customer who wanted to buy many products & support the brand ends up hurting the company a lot more & significant loss of revenue. Products are beautiful, brand ethics, morals & customer care are far from beautiful. I got blind sided by secret ‘policies’ not shared anywhere publicly on the site(I looked very carefully before making my purchase) that really don’t make sense either if the brand story is authentic & not just outsourced to 3rd party manufacturers. That’s one way to turn an enthusiastic, excited supporter of a brand to someone not comfortable even representing wearing the products & would steer anyone clear from it.

This set is absolutely beautiful! I bought it for my daughter as a Christmas gift and she absolutely loved it! Those are are fav colors! This is my 3rd set and I’m going to purchase the green set next!
