We offer exchanges only within 14 days of receiving your order. If you need to exchange an item, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days. Please be patient as the delivery process is out of our control. In the event of a lost or stolen package please contact us via email but note it may require you to file a claim with the designated shipping service directly.

Was underwhelmed by the overall look of the bracelet and chain (separate) items purchased. I find them to have a dull metallic color that comes with stainless steel. The overall aesthetic is nice, but for the price paid, materials could have at least been sterling silver.
