Lost or Stolen Packages
Some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days. Please be patient as the delivery process is out of our control. In the event of a lost or stolen package please contact us via email but note it may require you to file a claim with the designated shipping service directly.

Love the necklace
I placed my order on July 8th and received a shipping notification on July 9th. I continued checking the tracking information, but there were no updates for six days. On July 15th, I contacted customer service for an update because the necklace was a gift, and I needed it by a specific date. When customer service finally responded, I was informed that the necklace I originally selected was out of stock. I was then offered an alternative necklace instead. My concern is why I was sent a shipping notification if the item had not actually shipped and was out of stock. I also feel that I should have been contacted proactively about the issue rather than having to reach out myself. Had I not contacted customer service, I honestly don’t know if I would have ever received my order or been informed that the original necklace was unavailable. I ultimately received the replacement necklace on July 21st, which was after the date I needed it for the gift. Overall, I am disappointed with how this situation was handled. I understand that items can go out of stock, but customers should be notified promptly and given accurate shipping information so they can make other arrangements if necessary.
