Lost or Stolen Packages
Some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days. Please be patient as the delivery process is out of our control. In the event of a lost or stolen package please contact us via email but note it may require you to file a claim with the designated shipping service directly.

spent $75 on an anklet from Christian Marie Studio because I expected quality jewelry. After only six months, the finish wore off to the point that it turned my ankle green, despite following the care instructions and never wearing it in the shower.
When I contacted customer service, I wasn’t looking for anything unreasonable—I simply expected a company selling premium-priced jewelry to stand behind its products. Instead, I was told this was considered “normal wear” and that factors like skin chemistry, friction, and perspiration were to blame. They refused to offer a replacement, refund, or any goodwill solution, even after saying management reviewed my case.
If a $75 anklet is only expected to last six months before discoloring your skin, that should be made crystal clear before customers purchase it. Calling that “normal wear” is not what I expect from a brand marketing itself as a quality jewelry company.
What disappointed me most wasn’t just the product—it was the complete lack of accountability and customer service. A small gesture, such as a partial credit or discount toward a replacement, could have retained a customer. Instead, they chose to lose one over a single anklet.
Unfortunately, I won’t be purchasing from Christian Marie Studio again, and I can’t recommend the brand based on both the product quality and how this issue was handled.
I love the design, the way it fits and the way it look on my ankle. I haven't worn it yet but I wanted to try it on just to see if I got the right size. I can't wait to put it.

The Solstice Gemstone Anklet is beautiful as pictured. Paired with or separate from the necklace It's top ten quality, a nice weight, and it's not flimsy. The gems are well placed and they speak for themselves, as gems do. No explanations needed. Its a nice touch to a summer pedicure and sandals.
I love this anklet. It looks as luxurious as we see on the ads. However my friend said she found a cheaper version on tiktok for the necklace and bracket for $12 that look identical to the items Christin Marie is selling.
The anklet is a beautiful addition to my set! I was originally not going to get it because I have big ankles but when I saw that it was a plus size, I was sold!
I purchased the anklet. It's so much more beautiful in person. The colors are so vibrant.
Glad I went with the 2 inch. extender, instead of the four, it would have been way too long. Go get you one.
